MACHINERY DIRECTIVE
Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 21, 2008, on essential requirements for machinery - Journal of Laws 2008, No. 199, item 1228, a burner is not considered a machine, and a burner system may constitute a so-called partly completed machine. Only the installation of a burner heating system in a specific, dedicated implementation for a specific purpose allows the manufacturer to issue a declaration of conformity and affix the CE mark to the heating system.

Thermal Technology Engineering PIECOSERWIS Co. Ltd., as the Manufacturer of the heating system, issues an EC declaration of conformity and a CE mark for the entire furnace/device in the case of a new unit being built, or for the heating system in the case of a modernization of an existing unit, pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21 October 2008 on essential requirements for machines.
